How to use

• How to make herbal fertility tea ?
For Hot Tea: Take a cup of water and boil it. Lower the stove & add 1.5 tablespoon of herbal fertility tea. Let it boil for 7-10 minutes.Turn off the stove, your herbal fertility tea is ready. Flavour it as desired (I recommend adding honey and/or lemon)

For Iced Tea: Put ½ cup of Herbal fertility tea in a quart-sized mason jar & fill with lukewarm water. Close and let sit out overnight. Strain in the morning and serve over ice, flavouring as desired. Refrigerate leftovers for up to three days.

• When should you drink herbal fertility tea to help you get pregnant?

Ideally, you’ll start drinking your tea on the first day of your period and continue on through your predicted ovulation date. You’ll want to stop at that point in case you do conceive, because some of the ingredients in fertility teas have a slight risk of causing a chemical pregnancy or miscarriage to occur. If you get a positive pregnancy test, you should abstain from drinking this tea.
