Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email & sms. You will receive another notification when your order has left our warehouse. There may be delays related to postal services that are outside of our control. However, once the order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to check the status of your order.

During holidays, there may be delays due to high volume. Please, plan in advance for those situations.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification & sms from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@holisticcwellness.com  with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@holisticcwellness.com and provide the following information:

• Name
• Address
• Receipt

After sending us an email, we will evaluate your case following the specifications bellow, and if your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns for gases, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids such as perfumes. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. We do not accept returns if the product has been used. If the person shows an allergic reaction to any of our products, you will need to contact us at contact@holisticcwellness.com and provide the following information:

• Name
• Address
• Receipt

The fastest way to get a refund is to contact us, wait for approval, and send your item back, and your money will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

We will not process any refunds without notification and without receiving the product back to us since we do not accept returned products without accepting them via email.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Without exception.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact us immediately, and after approval, return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for a new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or Credit Card Company to process and post the refund.
